Tea, a fascinating beverage of many colours, smells, and traditions. You are invited to explore the charms of this drink in a series of 6 classes, all held around a pot of tea.

Throughout the course of this class you will discover the legends, traditions, customs, and health benefits associated with tea. You will be introduced to new flavours : you will learn to distinguish amongst the different types of tea and know their origins, how to correctly brew them, and how to pair different dishes with different kinds of tea.

End date: December 13, 2010
Duration of the course: 12hrs, 2hrs (from 5:20 to 7:20pm) every 2 weeks for a period of 12 weeks (October 4 and 18, November 1, 15, and 29, and December 13).

Who is the course instructor?
Raymonde Drolet is the course instructor. She’s a certified tea sommelier from George Brown College. She’s also a member of the tea association in Canada and frequently organizes different social events that involve tea tasting.

For whom?
This course is offered to students who have at least level B1 and up.
