Discover the benefits of classical yoga through a basic routine and be introduced to the five points of yoga that lead to wellness, according to Swami Vishnudevananda: Proper Exercise (asanas), Proper Breathing (pranayama), Proper Relaxation (savasana ), Proper Diet (vegetarian), Positive thinking and Meditation (vedanta and dhyana).
The practice of classical yoga involves a holistic approach. It shows us how to balance and harmonize the body, mind and soul, so that we can have a healthy body, a balanced mind and experience the inner peace that is already within.
