Diane Montreuil is an Algonquin Métis, visual artist, educa- tor, knowledge keeper, and board member of MNOC (Métis Nation of Canada). An inner desire for the traditional ways of her indigenous culture was the beginning of an artistic journey that led to true self-discovery and spiritual healing that continues to this day.

Diane Montreuil’s paintings are inspired by the Ancestors and Elders of Aboriginal communities, embracing the teachings and understanding of our spiritual and sacred connection to Mother Earth, including all that surrounds us. Partner: Ontario Arts Council
