Yoga workshop by Laurianne Simon
This French yoga workshop will focus on the breath and its connection to asanas. In physical effort, the mind learns to let go and refocus, especially if breathing is at the heart of the movement. The idea will be to get carried away by the “flow” and listen to the harmonizing of our body and mind to find this “out of time” space here and now.
