Yoga workshop for adults by Laurianne Simon (certified yoga teacher)
This French-language yoga workshop places an emphasis on breathing and how it relates to asanas. When engaged in physical effort, the mind learns to let go and refocus itself, particularly if breathing is at the heart of the movement. The idea will be to allow yourself to be taken away by the “flow” and to listen to the harmony of your body and mind to find this timeless space here and now.
