Je Me Souviens: Vimy 100 is a photographic poem to the beauty, artistry, suffering and sacrifice of Vimy Ridge and its memorial. “It is a personal reflection on a young country coming of age and the emotional echoes of a defining moment in Canadian history,” says Ms. McCaig.
A sister version of this exhibition was presented in Givenchy-en-Gohelle and in Paris, France, as part of the Official Commemorations for the 100th Anniversary of Vimy Ridge.
