Muguette Myers, Holocaust survivor

She was 9 years old when German soldiers entered France in 1940.

In 1942, at the height of World War II, when anti-Jewish laws came into force and round-ups sent entire families to death camps across Europe, she took refuge in Champlost, a very small village that protected her.

As part of Holocaust education week, Muguette Myers, Holocaust survivor, retraces her story, and comes to share with your class how one of the worst genocides in history changed her life, the life a child, and the life of six million Jewish victims. Between childhood memories, the start of the war, the yellow star, the rescue and resistance, Muguette Myers offers an essential testimony to maintain the duty of memory with your students.

During this exceptional meeting, the students will have a time for discussion to ask all their questions to Ms. Myers.

The little extra: Different educational resources are made available to teachers to create a course on Muguette Myers' survival experience.
