Objectives

Through different oral and written activities, you will discover history of the French cuisine, rituals, customs and traditions of eating in France as well as the culinary art. These courses will help you learn and/or review a useful vocabulary linked to gastronomy. Through play-roles you will practice grammatical points such as share your opinion, express your ideas and feelings, convince other participants, make comparisons, etc.

You could make your own recipes for the sheer pleasure to delight your taste buds.
