1. Through an initial consultation, we establish training objectives based on the specific nature of your business and the contexts in which French will be used by your staff.
2. We then evaluate the French language proficiency of your employees and establish training parameters (group or individual classes; in-class or distance learning; blended learning).
3. We develop a detailed training program with a budget and timelines, considering when and how the classes will be held, which medium will be used (video conference, phone, etc.), which material will be needed (including as many work-specific documents as possible), and which instructors will be the best fit for your business.
4. We provide regular written progress reports and, at the end of the contract, you receive a final proficiency assessment, including recommendations for further development, if necessary.
